Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out within 2 days, with priority mail. Packages should arrive within 5-12 days of being sent dependent on mailing carrier. (typically arrives between 2-5 days)

Shipping is available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain and Australia.

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchange Store credit only. Items purchased from Glow Vibes are eligible for Exchange or store credit  within 10 days after delivery. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customer is responsible for return shipping .

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

​Damaged Items

​If your product arrives damaged please take a picture and email [email protected] you will be sent a replacement or refund as long as the damage is visible and you let us know within 3 days of receiving it.
